Hi all, As a Helion Evaluator you will experience a job that is unlike many others! You will Mystery shop, shops, restaurants, hotels, show rooms (the list goes on) that you may not usually visit. Travel to places you may not usually explore on modes of transport that you may never have used before and get paid to do it all! Mystery shopping is one of many tools that international brands use to measure their own level of service, to reward or improve there staff and in turn there customer service. As a Helion Evaluator, you would have a large selection of different types of services to evaluate by posing as a day to day customer. You will be provided with a complete scenario to follow and a complete set of questions to answer after your Mystery Shop. You will be paid for each mystery shop you complete at the remuneration that is set before you accept each assignment.
